Overview

Woodfoxes are medium/large bookshelf speakers that pack quite a punch while still having all the delicacy and accuracy you would expect from well designed, high standard audio equipment. Quality parts, good design and solid non-resonant American Oak veneered cabinets, these four models give you an excellent and surprisingly reasonably priced selection to choose from.
The 602 can be shielded for use next to an older CRT TV or monitor. All are suitable for both stereo and home theatre use.

Woodfox 622SR

Comments: This is our ultimate bookshelf. Absolutely faithful, highly resolved sound reproduction, excellent for studio monitoring or high end stereo or home theatre. This combination of drivers is very revealing. Customers commonly say they are hearing detail they have never heard before, in music they have had for years.

Comments: a very strong, full sounding bookshelf speaker with good bass and crispness using high end Danish drivers. Very extended bass for a bookshelf speaker from its short, damped Transmission Line enclosure. A speaker everybody loves. Can be upgraded with ribbon tweeters for an extra $200.

Comments: a detailed and accurate performer in medium power or smaller room systems, or for all five speakers of a home theatre setup. Smaller version of 622PV above. Also available in a flat panel cabinet 400h x 300w x 150d for use against the wall to save space as a surround speaker in a home theatre system.

Comments: similar to the 612 in a smaller cabinet for smaller rooms and especially useful as a satellite with a subwoofer but still great as stereo speaker where small size is important. Has the option of being magnetically shielded for use near a CRT TV. Also available in the flat panel cabinet described above 400h x 300w x 150d.
